The Challenge

Ben the owner of Haighs Law Firm approached us as he didn’t have a website for Haighs. He wanted a simple website that displayed what they were all about in a beautifully designed way. From our initial meeting we could tell that Haighs would be a great client to work with.

The Objectives

  • Develop and create a beautiful website for Haighs that also converted
  • Focus on UX (user experience) to create a great journey for the visitors on the site
  • Increase their online presence and show that they’re an industry leader in their field
  • Ensure that it is easy for the visitor to contact Haighs

The Solution

We created a website which was aesthetically great and also put across the message of “The Haighs Difference” along with all of the services which they offered in a great amount of detail.

Next we ensured to include a testimonials page with very content rich testimonials which has added credibility to Haighs Law Firm’s online presence too. This allowed visitors to see that others have already put their trust into them.

The Team page on the site has all of their personal Linkedin profiles also meaning that it is easy for a user to get in contact with the specific person that they would like to talk to and engage with.

Finally we performed initial basic onsite SEO and set up citations on numerous local business directories in order to broaden their online presence to not just the website.

The Result

Ben and the Haighs team were extremely happy with what we designed and developed around the content that they provided us with and love their new online presence.

Once we completed the web project they sought us out on advice about how to use social media as a tool for their business so we advised them the best practices to do this and are now using it proactively.

Here's the truth, I can't speak highly enough of these guys. The reality of it is, I've probably been a nightmare customer. I started a project then halfway through decided to take a career break (which essentially left a half finished project) Clearly not ideal for these guys but notheless, there was no kicking and screaming from them. In fact, it was the opposite; they've always been on hand to give guidance and support, above and beyond the scope of any business arrangement. If they're were more stars available I would use them! Highly recommended.

We can honestly say that Team Marvel are the best web developers we have worked with in our 21 years in business. We had some quite complex requirements, and work with international clients, and the team were very patient and accommodating with all of our requests. We have several zoom calls with Dave as the site was being built, and a follow up call soon after to make sure we were totally happy. Team Marvel listen to what the clients aims and objectives are and do exactly what they promise they will. They are also reasonably priced and respond quickly to update requests.
