Secure your website admin account with 2FA

We recently sent you an email, around 7-14 days ago, asking you to set up 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) on your admin account(s) on your website.

This IS a legitimate email and request, and we need 2FA setting up on your account to maintain maximum security of the account.

We have recently had a small number of breaches on client websites, all due to compromised email/login accounts on the clients side. Adding 2FA ensures that even if someone else gained your username and password, they could not gain access to the admin of the website without your 2FA code.

Please secure your account using the details on the first email we sent you within the next 7 days. If any account remains unsecured after that time we will have to delete the account and then set a new account up for you to access your website, as and when you need it. At this point, it could take 2-3 days to get a new account setup and secured depending on what you request the account and our workload at the time.
